About Sharron & David

Sharron grew up in Baltimore MD. Her interest from gardening stemmed from her grandfather, who maintained a small backyard farm of seasonal produce and vegetables but would often take her to a larger farm owned by a family member. It was enough for her to develop an appreciation for what it takes to produce a good crop for a family, and a great seed was planted!

But it was her passion to become a pilot that eventually brought her and David together. After completing high school, she went off to attend the Air Force Academy, which is where they first met. After graduation, Sharron learned to fly the C-5 Galaxy and David worked in aircraft maintenance and logistics. They collectively spent 60 years in uniform.

David grew up right outside the farming communities of central Pennsylvania. While he was never a farmer, several of his classmates were. He quickly learned the struggles many of the local farmers had endured with challenging soil, extreme temperatures, flooding and bugs.

After they both retired, Sharron converted a small portion of their property into a small family farm. She was eventually introduced to an agricultural product line that would address several challenges faced by farmers. With the APSA-80™, the Nutriplant™ 6-4-3, and the Nutriplant™ SG & SL products, she found proven nutrient solutions that could assist all growers in proactively working towards increased yields vs experiencing excessive crop failure from the abiotic and biotic stressors above. What you see available on this site now is a proven product line that has benefitted many crops and growers nationwide.
